Processing Time

The order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you place the order.

Estimated Shipping Time

1-3 days: Luxembourg

2-5 days: Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherland.

3-7 days: Rest of Europe. 

6-10 days: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.

7-24 days: Rest of the world.

Where We Ship To?

We are shipping over 150+ countries. However, due to restrictions of our shipping partner, we do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Burma, Cape Verde, Chad, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, , North Korea, Oman, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Europe Union orders ship from Europe, so you won't be subject to customs duty.

Tracking Your Order Status:

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. Through the email “view your order” button, you will redirect to Chic Scout website. And be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number* and tracking link provided.

Remark: sometimes, the tracking information will become available 2-3 days after parcel dispatch.

Cancellation Policy

You can only request a cancellation within 2 hour of purchase.
