Easy Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a return. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Request a return/exchange within 14 days after you receive the order

Ship items back within 7 days after you receive the return confirmation from us.
*The product is on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned products, we will send the exchange items to you within 5 days if we have in stock.
Refunds
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 7 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We thank you for your patience!

Original shipping cost: €2 -
For orders within the European Union:
Original shipping cost: €5.20 -
For orders outside the European Union:
Buyers are responsible for the following costs:- Original shipping cost: €8
- Return shipping cost: Dependent on the postal rates in your country.

Customs fees for returns: These may include:
- A handling fee of €15
- Return shipping costs + 17% of the total value (including shipping costs and package value)
Example calculation:
If the package value is €40, and the return shipping fee is €10, the returned customs fee would be:
€15 (handling fee) + (Shipping €10 + Package value €40) * 17% = €23.50Final refund calculation:
Package Value: €40
Refund = €40 - €8 (original shipping) - €23.50 (customs fees) = €6.25
